We are looking for a Systems Analyst to work in the Automation Centre of Excellence team, to develop, support and grow our CRM solutions, as part of business change projects and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- delivery and support of solutions in our CRM, GOSS
- designing and building effective solutions in our CRM, to a high standard
- liaising with suppliers, transformation programmes and customers regarding upgrades, requests for change and service enhancements
- supporting the Product Owner to assess and prioritise product backlogs and associated product roadmaps
- developing personal expertise in the CRM technologies being used
- identifying risks and issues to the Product Owner, articulating potential impacts and recommending/ implementing appropriate mitigations.
