Description:

As a Systems & Process Change Lead, your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate internal stakeholders to document current and proposed business processes, workflows and user requirements to inform the design, deployment and integration of systems and solutions and map business processes, identifying data challenges and gaps, describe problems and propose solutions
  • Manage team and stakeholder meetings, briefing sessions and workshops
  • Drive change and improvement through collaboration and effective change management
  • Lead testing, training, and implementation activities for Chisholm employees to ensure successful change deployment
  • Encourage knowledge transfer and lessons learnt by documenting activities to drive best practice and continuous improvement
