We have an opportunity for a hands-on, customer focused Systems Engineer to join our Product Services & Support team.

The Opportunity …:

• Performs system installation of autonomous vehicles and peripheral equipment (chargers, I/O panels, operator interfaces, etc.).
• Installing, testing and debugging of the system.
• Support existing customers remotely via phone, email, and VPN.
• Collaborating with other engineers on projects.
• Modifying equipment and software.
• Troubleshooting, defining and seeking resources to recognize and resolve electrical, mechanical and/or software improvement opportunities with system components.
• Making software and hardware adjustments.
• Monitors system performance metrics.
• Performs customer training.

• BS or BSET in Engineering - disciplines of engineering includes Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronic, etc.
• 1-2 experience preferable.
• Knowledge of control and software systems.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Valid passport required.
