QUALIFICATIONS

To be a great asset, you should have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, or any related field
• Be fluent in English (both written and spoken)

It would be considered an advantage if you:

• Have Experience with project management for internal and cross-functional improvement projects
• Experience working within design control processes and knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as ISO 13485 and the MDD or MDR (if you have worked with medical devices)
• Successfully taken a product from concept to product launch and demonstrated proficiency in requirements tools, e.g., Modern Requirements
• Managed complexity of multiple platforms and variants through Product Line Engineering, Configuration Management, and/or Variability Modeling

You thrive in a dynamic and changing environment and are not afraid of voicing your opinion and challenging status quo on our processes.
