QUALIFICATIONS
To be a great asset, you should have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, or any related field
- Be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
It would be considered an advantage if you:
- Have Experience with project management for internal and cross-functional improvement projects
- Experience working within design control processes and knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as ISO 13485 and the MDD or MDR (if you have worked with medical devices)
- Successfully taken a product from concept to product launch and demonstrated proficiency in requirements tools, e.g., Modern Requirements
- Managed complexity of multiple platforms and variants through Product Line Engineering, Configuration Management, and/or Variability Modeling

- Establishment of user needs and systems requirements
- Verification planning and reporting
- Establishment of the design history file
- Ensuring design control during development
- Conducting thorough and detailed analyses of critical system issues
- Aligning with stakeholders across the organization to reach decisions and ensure progres
