ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join our Digital and Technology team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Platform, you will be responsible for analysing and specifying applications systems requirements and design pertaining to system enhancements and defects, enabling the business to function more effectively. You will also be involved in business as usual (BAU) activities and all facets of the software development lifecycle, as well as undertake problem and incident management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Configuring system software for required functionality and performance.
• Assessing, analysing, developing, documenting and implementing changes based on requests for change.
• Prioritising and diagnosing incidents, seeking resolution and escalating if needed.
• Conducting root cause analysis and identifying recommendations for improvements.
• Engaging and collaborating with operational stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience with application design, development and configuration.
• Demonstrated ITIL experience particularly with request, incident, problem and change management. ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
• Significant experience with any of the following: Epsilon Loyalty, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Airtable, SQ
