QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Excellent computer skills particularly in Excel, Word, One Vault, RIMS and SAP.
  • Good level of organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work in partnerships with stakeholders to achieve targets within the workflow process.
  • Knowledge in SWI and site procedures desirable.

Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Join our thriving team and embark on an enriching career journey as a Systems Officer Business Partner. Based in Port Pirie, the Systems Officer Business Partner will be responsible for supporting our Port Pirie operations by ensuring all SHEQ documentation systems are compliant, maintained and enforced.
Your expertise will directly contribute to a specific focus of concise, efficient, and safe documentation in line with IATF 16949.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF ROLE

  • Coordinate and assist with reviewing departmental Standard Work Instructions (SWI) Procedures and facilitate completion of risk assessments against all SWIs.
  • Coordinate review of and ensure lock-out isolation procedures are compliant with company guidelines, up-to-date and safe.
  • Coordinate review of and ensure confined space documentation and risk assessments are up to date and compliant with company guidelines.
  • Manage the document systems for the assigned departments. This includes consolidation, removing redundant and creating new documents.
  • Assist with ICAMs, Site / Departmental Audits and Departmental initiatives / programs as required.
