Description:

Scope: We are seeking a Christ-loving, driven and results-oriented Systems Project Manager to optimize our internal systems and processes and support the implementation of expansion projects. The primary areas of responsibility will be to fortify the infrastructure to support scalability and sustainability while ensuring the efficient and smooth operational functioning.

A Little About Us: PreBorn! is a national grant-maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)! We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies from abortion and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of PreBorn!. Fidelity to an ever-maturing biblical, evangelical lifestyle, and 100% pro-life.
  • Maturity in spiritual warfare and passion for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
  • Agreement with and adherence to PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field is required.
  • Understanding of business operations, financial principles, and strategic planning.
  • Team player who can also demonstrate strong self-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, identify trends, develop solutions, and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRMs or other databases.
  • Some travel (as needed).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong working relationship with Executive Leadership Team to execute Preborn!’s growth objectives, mission and long-term goals.
  • Partner with the Executive Director to mobilize process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures for operational excellence.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing training efforts to ensure compliance and implementation across all departments.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to achieve organizational objectives, providing performance feedback and addressing employee concerns.
  • Analyze current operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing improvements through lean methodologies or other optimization techniques.
  • Review efficiency of latest software and productivity tools and analyze potential solutions to ensure future needs.
  • Generate and manage quality control reports, management reports, status reports and system assessment reports.
  • Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Quickly identify and resolve operational issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and addressing customer complaints.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and safety standards within the operational environment.
