- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Railway systems and assurance experience inc. system safety and interoperability
- Knowledge of UK Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations

Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Development of System Engineering and Assurance plans and processes
- Support safety and assurance management for projects (i.e. CSM-REA, EN50126)
- Develop and manage project safety process - development of System Safety Plan, System Definition, management of Hazard Records, working with the wider project team to capture and manage Hazards
- Stakeholder management – engage and support clients with authorisation bodies and independent assessments
- Prepare and develop safety requirements/specifications
- Support the development of Engineering Safety Cases / Safety Justification
- Develop Project Authorisation Strategies and support projects with the delivery of the applicable Rail Interoperability Regulations
- Develop scope of works and work packages with clients
- Participates in multi-disciplinary review of project deliverables
- Wish to develop in the engineering budeget and schedule to meet requirements expertation
- Serve as the systems safety resource for the Principal and Associate in projects
