KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead the implementation of a Transport Management System for the Landside business including testing and training
• Act as systems super user for all operational systems
• Manage the configuration and onboarding for existing and new customers and the resolution of all system issues internally and externally
• Provide feedback on the system needs of the sites and make recommendations where required
• Identify redundant or outdated manual work systems still in use and propose/deliver measures to address and remove or improve
• Assist with continuous process improvement capability and identify, plan, and implement continuous improvement projects across all sites

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation of systems
• 1 years’ experience in project management
• Background in logistics/supply chain
• Experience using Warehouse and Transport systems (Wave advantageous)
• Strong relationship management skills

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressure
