WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Min 3 years working with a major ERP system
  • Knowledge of business processes in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing
  • Knowledge and understanding of databases and data structures
  • Min 2 year experience providing end to-user support, troubleshooting and training
  • Driving license

Desirable

  • Experience of manufacturing industry
  • Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience
  • Experience of assisting on the delivery of ERP Projects or modification
  • Report writing or data analytics skills such as Power BI

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant professional IT qualifications

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Group ERP and IT team, the Systems Support Analyst will provide support and assistance to the users of the groups business systems, primarily (but not limited to) Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3
Working closely with the business functions across the group, the role encompasses a wide variety of activities, including but not limited to responding to 1st line support calls; assisting the wider ERP team in delivering business improvements; and working with business system users on a day to day basis to ensure essential systems are up to date and the data is accurate.
Although primarily focused on Enterprise systems, there will be additional requirements to work with, implement and support other applications and infrastructure within the IT areas of responsibility.
