Description:
Responsibilities:
- Working with line manager, cross-functional teams, stakeholders and teams to develop clear product goals, making data-driven decisions and prioritising work for the squad
- Oversight of system functional rigs in the UK and India, that support Climate Control Validation
- Working with the operations and service teams to develop the India and UK-based rigs and further improve capability in line with systems need
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders to manage the format and flow of test plans that provide work for the rigs
- Building strong relationships, being flexible and supporting the team. Ensuring that you contribute to continuous improvement and support agile working delivery methodology and mindset
