  • HEW 4 - $70,530 p.a. plus up to 17% superannuation

About the role
The TAFE Compliance Officer is responsible for providing effective, efficient and quality administrative support to our Program areas. The position works collaboratively in the provision of TAFE compliance activities. The position will also perform a range of administrative functions relating to the student experience.

You will:

  • provide effective and efficient operational support to the design teams within the program areas;
  • work with program areas to ensure that the Universities records management systems (ECM and Curriculum Centre) contain current and compliant curriculum documentation;
  • provide training/support on use of the Curriculum Centre to staff within the program areas;
  • create documentation, enrolment reports and dashboards for the Course Approval Committee and the Curriculum Committee; and
  • record and maintain TAFE Teachers Professional Development records.

About you
Reporting to the Manager, TAFE Strategic Initiatives you will have demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office software and Dynamics CRM including the ability to use other relevant applications. You will also possess demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering customer service excellence.

You will:

  • have demonstrated problem solving, organisational and time management skills;
  • possess the ability to research, produce and distribute a range of business and other documentation;
  • experience with Microsoft Office software; and
  • the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team and deal with confidential information.
