Description:
- 3 months contract, extendable
- Salary up to $4,000
- Working location: One North
Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and engage passive candidates that meet the organization’s talent needs.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Facilitate assessments, tests, and interviews when necessary.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience by providing timely and accurate information.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms, and address any questions or concerns.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and stay current on industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong analytical ability and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
