Description:

  • 3 months contract, extendable
  • Salary up to $4,000
  • Working location: One North

Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and engage passive candidates that meet the organization’s talent needs.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Facilitate assessments, tests, and interviews when necessary.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and stay current on industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong analytical ability and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
