We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide administration support to our in-house Talent Acquisition team, supporting EMEA and US TA activities. (12 month contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and promotion of all positions across EMEA & US
  • Organising and co-ordination of interviews
  • Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones
  • Organising flights and accommodation for candidates attending interviews and for some new hires
  • Processing of expense requests for candidates attending interview
  • Raising of e-req’s for careers fairs, events, etc.
  • Preparation of contracts of employment
  • Scheduling of medicals for new hires
  • Scheduling of new employee orientation
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and wider HR team
  • Complete reference checking for new hires
  • Draft up letters for new hires
  • Updating of all TA trackers
  • Scheduling of psychometric testing for manufacturing candidates
  • Coordination of Transition Year programme
  • Other ad hoc administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Extremely well organised
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Detail oriented
  • Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
  • At least 2 years experience working in a similar HR role in a fast paced environment
  • Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm depending on successful candidates availability
