Bon Secours Hospital Limerick at Barringtons are delighted to invite applications for the position of Talent Acquisition Administrator.
Come and join the team in what will be Ireland’s newest and most state-of-the-art private hospital.
The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles and specialities for our hospital. As part of this role, you will ensure the provision of an enhanced customer service to both internal and external service users, reflective of an environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Post: Full-time, specific purpose contract.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week, flexibility around working days and times is an inherent part of this role
Salary: From €33,756 (aligned to the Clerical Grade IV Admin pay-scale) pro rata per annum dependent on relevant experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, progressive and talented HR professional who is looking to develop, practice and grow their Talent Acquisition skills and to be a part of an exciting project.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Deliver high volume end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles and specialities within the hospital.
- Drive the successful identification and acquisition of the highest quality candidates to deliver exceptional care in line with the requirements of the hospital.
- Provide consistent and specialist advice and support to managers and staff in all aspects of Talent Acquisition.
- Identify and develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines by proactively identifying candidates via recruitment platforms to include and not limited to job boards employee referrals, social media.
- Drive the definition of role requirements, identification of recruitment channels, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance and contracting.
- Develop job advertisements to attract suitable candidates for open vacancies.
- Report on Talent Acquisition activity using templates on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis.
- Attend regular recruitment review meetings with Head of HR and Head of Department to provide update in regard to current vacancies and recruitment status updates.
- Organize and attend recruitment events to drive awareness of the organisation and job opportunities.
- Maintain our recruitment system to ensure that both job and candidate information is kept up-to-date.
- Ensure that recruitment documentation is prepared to the highest possible standard to ensure a high-quality service.
- Ensure all recruitment and HR record keeping is maintained in line with legislative and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of recruitment documentation, interview notes, correspondence, records, etc and all aspects of the service.
- Responsible for uploading of employee information to the HR System (Workday) and the Time and Attendance System (TAMS) as part of the onboarding process.
- Ensure that HR policies and employment law are correctly implemented in the administration and calculation of entitlements.
- Provide an efficient and effective administrative service as part of the HR team.
- Ensure that all work is delivered within deadlines and that service levels are maintained, escalating matters where necessary.
- To practice and support policies, procedures, guidelines and new initiatives as directed and / or introduced by the hospital.
- Deliver the role within the context of the Mission of Bon Secours and embrace opportunities to live and fulfil the Bon Secours core values.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The ideal candidate will hold a 3rd level HR qualification however an equivalent qualification in a related discipline will also be considered.
- Have a minimum of two years’ work-related experience.
- Proven track record of managing high volume end to end recruitment campaigns.
- Previous HR healthcare experience is desirable.
- Proven track record of adaptability in times of change is desirable.
- Ability to prioritise own workload, work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Irish Employment Law and HR Best Practice Procedures as relevant to the role.
- Strong communicator with excellent people management, interpersonal communication and
- teamwork skills.
- Excellent IT skills to include MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience with HR system (Workday) and a Time and Attendance (TAMS) systems would be advantageous.
