Position Details
Tilson is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support the recruitment and hiring process. Initially, this person will play a key role in providing administrative support during the transition to a new HR system. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient transition, helping to streamline processes and maintain TA operations during this period of change.
Post go-live, the Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various aspects of the recruitment process, focusing on administrative tasks, data management, reporting, and supporting recruitment operations. This position requires a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition operations, combined with the ability to adapt to evolving administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • User Support & Collaboration: Provide general administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers, assisting them with daily tasks and ensuring efficient operations during the transition.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as the administrative point of contact for the Talent Acquisition team during the transition, working closely with team members to support workflows and minimize disruption to recruiting operations.
  • Process Documentation & Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve administrative processes within Talent Acquisition, ensuring the function operates effectively during and after the transition.
  • Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure that recruitment data and processes are compliant with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to recruitment activities.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with special projects related to the transition and post-go-live, including organizing meetings, coordinating testing phases, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
  • Administrative Transition Support: Assist with the administrative aspects of the system migration, ensuring that recruitment-related data and documentation are accurately managed and accessible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or HRIS administration support. Vista experience preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS transitions or system implementation is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage recruitment-related data with high accuracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on supporting recruiters and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A proactive attitude toward learning and implementing new technologies in Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

This position requires extended periods of sitting or standing while wokring at a computer.

Tilson leads with integrity around pay transparency; as part of the compensation plan for this position you can expect a pay range of:
$24.00 - $28.00
