About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria’s courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria’s Supreme, County, Magistrates’, Children’s, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group’.
Our people enable the Courts Group to deliver on each jurisdictions own strategic priorities while also pursuing strategic opportunities that are interconnected and deliver benefits more broadly.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will join a small team providing high quality end-to-end recruitment services, providing subject matter expertise and a change management lens to continuous improvement initiatives to improve the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Duties include assessing position descriptions; advising on attraction methods; posting advertising requests and ensuring timely onboarding.
You will utilise and provide expert advice on our applicant tracking system, Springboard and develop key relationships with Hiring Managers partnering with them to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices to ensure a seamless recrutiment experience.
You will provide support to candidates throughout the recrutiment process, addressing any queries or concerns.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience providing high quality end-to-end recruitment services and talent acquisition in a complex and changing landscape.
  • Proficient in Springboard with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relaitonships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferable.
