Description:
TALENT ACQUISITION ADVISOR, MONTREAL, CANADA
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for various recruitment mandates. You will own the full cycle of the recruitment process for your assigned requisitions. From job postings, to conducting interviews and the signature of employment contracts, you will be trusted to maintain quality while keeping momentum necessary to support a growing and evolving business.

FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT
- Conduct kickoffs (intake) meetings with hiring managers and key stakeholder
- Draft or improve job postings based on job descriptions and information collected
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal clients by understanding their recruitment needs, introducing suitable candidates and ensuring prompt follow-up
- Screen resumes and pre-select candidates
- Conduct interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure timely follow ups with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience
- Present verbal offers to successful candidates
- Manage pre-employment process, including background verification and references
- Maintain and build a pipeline of candidates
- Manage and maintain positions and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
EDUCATION
- University Diploma in Human Resources Management, Administration or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Experience working with an ATS (we use Comeet)
- Experience recruiting or working in a professional services environment is a strong asset
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
- Professional fluency in additional languages may represent an asset (Spanish, German, Polish)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Autonomy and sense of initiative
- Ability to prioritize and manage several mandates simultaneously
- As a key member of the HR team, must have a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to learn quickly
