Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Advisor – German speaking

What a typical day looks like:

  • Take the Lead: Take the reins of the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of white collar roles, ensuring we attract the best and brightest.
  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Create eye-catching job advertisements and engaging web postings that resonate with candidates and reflect our vibrant company culture.
  • Build Bridges: Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews, all while fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Be a Market Expert: Provide invaluable insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive salaries, empowering our HR team and hiring managers to make informed decisions.
  • Champion Diversity: Develop and implement innovative search strategies that prioritize diversity and inclusion, ensuring our workforce reflects the communities we serve.
  • Be a Candidate Partner: Maintain open lines of communication with candidates, managers, and supporting Flex departments, providing timely updates while upholding our commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
  • Create Connections: Build lasting relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and cultivate a robust talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Work with Precision: Utilize skill-based interviewing techniques to assess candidates, providing constructive feedback to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders to craft compelling job offers that attract top talent and align with our organizational goals.
  • Be a Flex Ambassador: Promote our unique culture and value proposition to candidates, showcasing why we’re the employer of choice.
  • Represent Us: Attend job fairs and recruitment events, sharing our story and connecting with potential candidates eager to join our team.
  • Ensure Excellence: Uphold our internal processes and compliance with external regulations, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all. Take part in various regional Projects to continuously improve the quality of our work.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Fluent German and English knowledge
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar field
  • Bachelor’s degree is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for creating a positive Candidate experience
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion in all Recruitment efforts
  • Proven experience in owning and taking responsibility for your scope
