In this role you will:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide valuable insight and advice to hiring teams regarding candidate selection and recruitment best practices.
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct screening calls, and participate in interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, etc.
- Attend networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment-related activities to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor or Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (ie: Workday).
- Language Requirements – Bilingual (English and French), in accordance with Civil Aviation Regulations and or Official Languages requirements in order to either provide services to clients, the Public and or, to supervise and provide services to employees in the official language of their choice.

Working Conditions:
