Talent Acquisition Advisor
What does a Talent Acquisition Advisor do?
You will use your advanced experience in Talent Acquisition, organization, strategy and communication to support the high-volume and high performing Talent Acquisition team through:
- Developing a working knowledge of position requirements and biasness needs by conducting intake meeting with hiring managers
- Leading sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Building effective and strategic recruitment initiates to support attraction and retention of high-volume and niche top-talent
- Sourcing and establishing core partnerships with agencies and educational institutions
- Screening and interviewing high volumes of candidates to ensure healthy pipelines
- Acting as brand ambassador for PASS at internal and external hiring and career events
- Collaborating effectively within the Talent Acquisition team and with other departments and stakeholders
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
- Providing insights and recommendations on recruitment practices with an aim for continuous improvement and process effectiveness
- Collaborating with stakeholders and hiring managers to support DE&I hiring practices
