Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer who can complement our team and join us in a full-time capacity. Based in Melbourne and supporting our recruitment function nationally, this newly created position plays a critical role in ensuring services are delivered to clients through the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and hiring of quality support workers. This role will further provide you with the opportunity to connect closely with our operations department through intensive recruitment activities and promote our brand to the community by participating in networking events.

- Working with internal stakeholders to understand requisitions and staffing requirements.
