Description:
HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME?
Recruiting
- Responsible for facilitating the full-life cycle recruiting process for assigned positions within the organization. Including but not limited to: Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Debriefs, Offer Recommendations, etc.
- Screens and evaluates candidates for a variety of roles and at different levels, including phone/video interviews.
- Establish and maintain working relationships as a Talent Acquisition partner with Hiring Managers at all levels of the organization
- Consult with and make recommendations to Hiring Manager regarding final candidate selection
Pre-Hire/Onboarding
- Manage the onboarding process, including facilitation of background checks, new hire documents, ADP entry, schedule trainings, etc. for all positions across the organization
- Coordinate with appropriate internal functions to ensure an effective onboarding experience for all new hires.
Recruitment Marketing
- Post all requested positions in applicant tracking system following the Talent Acquisition Open to Close process.
- Support Talent Acquisition partner’s with recruitment marketing strategy including converting job descriptions to branded job ads, posting on third party career sites, universities, social media, etc.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain data integrity in TA systems, manage and communicate weekly requisition report to senior leaders and maintain all job aides for department
- Vendor management including scheduling business reviews, reporting and processing invoices
Internship Program
- Support management of the Heaven Hill Internship Program, including recruitment, developing and coordinating programming, managing onboarding experiences, attending career fairs, etc.
- Schedule and attend programming days
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to facilitate a successful program.
- Support management of relationships with colleges and universities to position Heaven Hill as a great place to work

Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Analyst is an integral role supporting the recruiting function, contributing to the overall success of the team by providing a high-level candidate and customer experience, administrative support, and delivering operational excellence to the organization. This position will also manage recruitment for entry level positions in our Visitor Center and Operations functions.
