OWNER OF THE INTAKE PROCESS
- Guarantee a fast and accurate intake process by collaborating closely with hiring managers.
- Create coherent and compelling Job Descriptions with input from the hiring manager.
FUNNEL OWNER
- Oversee and manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth process from application to hire.
- Create and maintain weekly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and address any issues within the recruitment funnel promptly.
- Maintain active communication with the hiring team to align on recruitment needs and updates.
- Implement necessary changes in Job Descriptions, funnel processes, or recruitment strategies.
CANDIDATE COMMUNICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Maintain active communication with candidates to answer questions, schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding them through the recruitment process and addressing any concerns.
- Review notes, feedback, and interview recordings to make informed decisions.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring transparency and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Empathy and active listening to understand the needs and concerns of candidates and stakeholders.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- Meticulous in reviewing applications, job descriptions, and candidate feedback to ensure accuracy and completeness.
RECRUITMENT KNOWLEDGE
- Understanding of various recruitment channels and methods.
- Familiarity with job description creation and best practices.
- Previous experience screening candidates for different roles.
NEGOTIATION SKILLS
- Effective negotiation to align candidate expectations with organizational needs and budgets.
- Ability to handle offer negotiations and manage candidate expectations.
