What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate and validate users in planning the annual Manpower needs for each department.
  • Receive requests, analyze, and then process Manpower needs in each department.
  • Conduct job postings through various media.
  • Screen resumes, CVs, or portfolios to identify potential candidate matches for the applied position.
  • Coordinate with candidates to complete required documentation.
  • Analyze and manage the results of candidates’ psychological tests, which can then be recommended to users.
  • Conduct interviews according to applicable standards, starting from HR interviews to interviews with relevant users.
  • Handle administrative finalization if candidates meet the required qualifications.
  • Manage employee onboarding.
  • Conduct employee check-ins after three months of joining.
  • Promote the company to increase company awareness through various online and offline media.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create engaging content for employer branding campaigns.
  • Record the use of recruitment operational budgets.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools is a plus point.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
  • Ability to concept, plan, and edit marketing and branding materials.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
