Description:

TALENT ACQUISITION AND EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

This position oversees the internal onboarding activities including scheduling of training and deployment of new guards ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsible for ensuring new and active guards are deployed to available positions that meet their skills, qualifications, and availability.
Partners with the Talent Acquisition Advisors, Training and Scheduling departments to ensure an accurate and healthy talent pipeline of active guards.
This position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition. Within this position there will be regular interaction with all departments within the support office.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Advisors and the Schedulers to ensure all new guards are deployed
  • Meets with guards in person, and virtually, to onboard
  • Manages TA&U Calendar as it relates to Assessment days
  • Enters Candidates into SAP, SuccessFactors to generate Employee ID and create Profile
  • Sends Candidates Onboarding Packages and coordinates internal onboarding with Account Managers and Scheduling
  • Coordinates Training for new guards
  • Ensures all candidate files are fully compliant.
  • Enter all new hires into our software platform
  • Manages the Bill 7 process for Talent Acquisition
  • Sends Deployment emails out to new hires as well as all internal stakeholders’
  • Customer Service - Delivers an exceptional candidate experience, meeting with guards and discussing employment opportunities for deployment
  • Team player who collaborates across GardaWorld teams, demonstrating a positive attitude
  • Adheres to ISO 9001 compliance requirements • Adheres to Collective Bargaining Unit requirements
  • Requires Strong MS Excel experience
  • Strong time management skills required
