Job: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time)
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (additional hours maybe required)
Salary: £28,000 FTE
Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are actively seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our support team at our Peterborough HQ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to meet our exciting expansion plans. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can hit the ground running and add to our ambitious goals.
Duties of the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time): -
· Source best in class candidates for our open positions
· Verify candidate credentials and experience
· Develop job descriptions and promote job openings
· Handle incoming phone inquiries relating to open positions
· Build a pipeline of future candidates for high growth areas of the business
· Stakeholder management
· Diary management
· Work with support team to effectively onboard new starters
· Advise management of any market conditions when sourcing candidates
. Devise and promote staff insentives and social plans
.Support staff with engagement and retention in the business
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience, ideally as an internal recruiter but that isn’t a requirement, coupled with an ability to deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key attributes of the Part-Time Recruitment Consultant: -
