We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to help us shape the future of recruitment at Avanti Schools Trust. Join our newly reimagined People Services team as we embark on an exciting new chapter.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Operational Delivery:

  • Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to support the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and handle onboarding and documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, headhunting, and reference checks.

Applicant Tracking System and Talent Data:

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases.
  • Continuously improve ATS functionality and report any anomalies or trends.

Trust-wide Project Support:

  • Contribute to People Services projects related to Talent Acquisition, helping shape policies and practices for optimal outcomes.

One PS Team Contributions:

  • Collaborate with the Partnering team and People Services Advisors to address talent pipeline issues and improve services.
  • Engage in continuous learning, support team development, and stay updated on employment legislation and best practices.
