Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Operational Delivery:
- Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and handle onboarding and documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, headhunting, and reference checks.
Applicant Tracking System and Talent Data:
- Maintain and update recruitment databases.
- Continuously improve ATS functionality and report any anomalies or trends.
Trust-wide Project Support:
- Contribute to People Services projects related to Talent Acquisition, helping shape policies and practices for optimal outcomes.
One PS Team Contributions:
- Collaborate with the Partnering team and People Services Advisors to address talent pipeline issues and improve services.
- Engage in continuous learning, support team development, and stay updated on employment legislation and best practices.
