REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate degree or higher with solid academic performance
  • 1-3 years work experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience in proactive sourcing using internet job boards, or other job seeker database systems (i.e. LinkedIn, Xing, Github etc.) and analytical tools to drive talent pipelines
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities required
  • Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Advanced relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to deliver goals under pressure / tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite
  • Fluency in English

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to play an integral part in handling recruiting activities and building candidate relationships while leading innovative recruitment strategies in order to contribute to the scale up of a fast growing business with endless possibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to making hiring decisions
  • Researching and developing diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conducting video, phone and in person interviews
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Handling complex recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates
  • Working closely with the marketing team to creatively market our brand in Colombia through events, presentations and social media.
