Talent Acquisition Associate at BairesDev
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Executive Search team. This role focuses on identifying and securing top-tier leadership talent for our organization and clients. You’ll play a crucial role in building high-performing teams through strategic recruitment and thorough candidate assessment.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level talent.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and leverage professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
- Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (Mandatory).
- Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills (Mandatory).
- Experience recruiting for the US market.
- Experience working in remote environments.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent analytical and assessment skills.
