Talent Acquisition Associate at BairesDev
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Executive Search team. This role focuses on identifying and securing top-tier leadership talent for our organization and clients. You’ll play a crucial role in building high-performing teams through strategic recruitment and thorough candidate assessment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level talent.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and leverage professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
  • Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (Mandatory).
  • Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills (Mandatory).
  • Experience recruiting for the US market.
  • Experience working in remote environments.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and assessment skills.
