JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to screening resumes and conducting interviews.
In this role, you will play a key part in helping us find and hire top talent. Your creativity, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail will be critical to ensuring the success of our recruitment efforts. If you have a passion for HR and are eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions to help identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with candidate onboarding and orientation.
  • Manage and update our applicant tracking system.Gather and analyze data related to recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • A strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS and ATS is a plus but not necessary.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Tech savvy
  • Strong work ethic and composure
