Overview:
This role is known for partnering with the business to meet the recruitment and talent mapping needs of Nomad Foods Group Functions and Markets in the UK and Ireland. Operating as a subject matter expert to provide insight and guidance regarding market conditions, the candidate journey and recruitment trends. Additionally supporting with European wide initiatives that will support the recruitment process and business.
Responsibilities:
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE
- Previous in-house talent acquisition partnering
- iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to lead managers through the recruitment process
- Qualified to conduct OPQ analysis and debriefs
- FMCG experience in a matrix, global company desirable
