Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll go beyond traditional recruiting by serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. You’ll collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to align the hiring strategies with Norton’s rapid growth goals, workforce planning, and company culture. Your role is critical in driving the full-cycle recruitment process while presenting yourself as a strategic partner across the organisation.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Proactive Sourcing: Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles (Including Executive Levels) by leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, careers website and networks, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and department leaders, providing insights and recommendations to support the Talent Management workforce strategies that align with Norton’s business goals.
- Employer Brand Advocacy: Support and Collaborate with the Commercial team to enhance Norton’s employer branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with our culture and values.
- Market Intelligence: Provide data-driven market insights, including talent trends, competitive analysis, and salary benchmarking, to support informed hiring decisions.
- Candidate Experience: Champion exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely communication and a seamless hiring process.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Partner with leaders to create and execute hiring strategies that promote diversity and mitigate unconscious bias throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse key recruiting metrics, sharing insights with stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with Norton’s goals.
