ABOUT THE ROLE
Legal Aid NSW is transforming its approach to talent acquisition! We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partners to help us build and deliver our new talent model. We are seeking people who are innovative, motivated and looking to make their mark by working with our team to improve the way we deliver our services and make a positive impact to our stakeholders.
THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
You must:
- have a degree and/or equivalent work experience in human resources
- be willing to do a Criminal Record Check
- hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
The role ensures statutory compliance with relevant employment awards and legislation (the Government Sector Employment Act 2013), Public Service and Legal Aid NSW policies and procedures. Knowledge and experience in NSW Public Sector (or similar) recruitment is highly desirable.
