Responsibilities:
In this role you will partner predominantly with our General Managers and senior home staff across Australia to provide high volume, end-to-end recruitment support for all residential aged care-based roles.
We are seeking an individual who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment with headhunting / sourcing skills and the ability to build exceptional talent pools. You will be able to think outside the box and navigate your way to deliver excellent service.
Our Talent Acquisition Business Partner position is based at our office in Camberwell, Melbourne and hybrid work arrangements are available.
