  • Employer Branding Enthusiast: You possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on employer branding. Experience in university relations is a plus.
  • Influential Communicator: Your advanced communication and negotiation skills enable you to grasp complex business concepts, ask thought-provoking questions, and make compelling propositions.Your concise and effective communication style is accompanied by excellent presentation skills.
  • Organizational Dynamo: With excellent time management skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands. Proven planning and organizational skills allow you to prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy Professional: Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (iCIMS is a plus), and LinkedIn is a must. Your digital prowess enables you to navigate technology platforms with ease.

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to Schneider Electric Netherlands working collaboratively with our team. You will be based in Hoofddorp with a hybrid working model. You are professional Dutch speaker and fluent in English. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Excellence: Manage and coordinate recruitment projects, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from start to finish. Own the pipeline of both active and passive candidates, utilizing your expertise in candidate sourcing.
  • Employer Branding Extraordinaire: Drive employer branding initiatives and establish strong relationships with selected universities. You’ll be the driving force behind our efforts to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Innovation Advocate: Embrace transformation and be at the forefront of change. Recommend continuous improvements to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our business leaders, managers, and HR team. Your ability to influence and convince others will be essential in building strong relationships and driving successful recruitment
