Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition in this initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract, you’ll join our high performing and collaborative Talent Acquisition team, facilitating strategic talent identification.
You will take ownership of a key business portfolio which will include specialist recruitment across our Support and Insurance functions. Acting as a true SME recruitment business partner who understands your portfolio and its requirements, you’ll consult on best fit recruitment practices and provide tactical solutions to sourcing challenges.
Driving effective and efficient recruitment outcomes and an optimal candidate and employee experience, you’ll support the delivery of business priorities and strategies. Using a variety of tools to execute strategic sourcing strategies, you’ll present qualified, crafted shortlists, creating bench strength and talent communities along the way.
You’ll also have the opportunity to plan, deliver and implement a broad range of projects and initiatives, focused on uplifting and optimising the Talent Acquisition function as well as driving our employer brand in market.
