Description:

Location: Hybrid role in our Cork office
Working hours: Business hours Mon-Friday
This role will work closely with TA Team Leader and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resource Team and Business leaders to help us ensure we have the best talent to deliver business goals.
You will be joining a high performing Recruitment team, where we excel at identifying and implementing best in class sourcing, recruitment, interviewing and acquisition practices to meet current and future talent needs that align with TELUS Digital goals.
You will be required to utilise a variety of well-established recruitment techniques and tools to find new TELUS Digital team members to help our company grow and continue to provide award-winning solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities

This is a hands on Recruiter role

  • Successfully achieve and/or exceed specified individual and team targets and performance objectives (KPIs)
  • Utilise various techniques (Internet sourcing, exploring niche boards, resume mining, print media, and networking, LinkedIn, Job Fairs etc.) to find appropriate active and passive candidates for specific pipeline positions
  • Perform data mining and proactive high volume sourcing, making outbound calls to reach and acquire active and passive candidates
  • Alongside your manager, review processes to identify and implement best practice sharing and communication.
  • Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent, focusing on pipeline development for key positions.
  • Consistently track and measure results against needs and goals and make course correction when needed.
  • Proactively gather market intelligence and share with internal teams and hiring managers.
  • Own the candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
  • You will capture the required data and process through appropriate systems
  • Working with the Global TA team to ensure compliance, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs and use of ATS

This role is for you if you have the following experience and skillset:
-

Previous experience in-house or agency as a hands on Recruiter in a fast moving environment

  • The ability to create world-class standards with recruitment processes and tools with a passion for talent development.
  • You will have high energy and flexibility, fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal) and huge amounts of drive.
  • A good knowledge of the technology and call center industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline a plus but not required
