You truly understand the business objectives and talent needs of leaders and their teams. You are as much a part of the business as you are recruitment. • Trusted Advisor and Partner: You build strong relationships with our delivery business leaders by deeply understanding their business and culture
• Proactive Talent Sourcing: You actively seek out top talent for the TRL team, ensuring we attract the best candidates
• Recruitment Expert: You lead and streamline selection processes and talent decisions, providing valuable market intelligence
• Customer Experience Advocate: You champion positive hiring and candidate experiences, ensuring a seamless process for all involved
• Brand Ambassador: You foster and maintain relationships both internally and with external job seekers, services, associations, and educational institutions
• Analytics Specialist: You compile and interpret recruiting data, ensuring compliance with hiring policies and practice
