ABOUT THE JOB

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will become an important part of our committed and dedicated People & Culture team of 7, who are working towards attracting, retaining and developing our colleagues. The team is spread across various locations including Aarhus, Copenhagen & Évora, with this position being based in Copenhagen.
Together with the team, you will play a significant role in shaping the future of the IMPACT by building a talent pipeline that not only meets our needs today but also drives our success tomorrow and our long-term future strategy. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from search, coordination, and participation of interviews, as well as giving test feedback. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Hiring Managers to understand our strategy and translate it into recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Copenhagen and co-responsible for all internal recruitment activities at all levels from A-Z, from from creating the jobpost and screening, interviewing & assessing the candidates
  • Coordination and participation in interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Conducting advanced searches on platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and attract top candidates
  • Building strong partnerships with leaders and hiring managers to understand and support business area needs in relation to recruitment activities
  • Cooperate with our marketing department on our employer branding
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Hiring Managers, management, and, HR team, potential external recruitment partners and educational institutions
  • Continue the existing focus on data-driven recruitment analysis and continuously implementing new initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement.
