Description:

The Talent Acquisition Consultant delivers full cycle recruitment functions with an emphasis on recruit-to-hire process improvement solutions for academic, staff and student positions. Delivers outstanding customer and candidate experiences throughout the process of sourcing, recruiting and selecting talent. Understands and effectively communicates descriptions of open positions and critical requirements to candidates; implements creative sourcing to build diverse, qualified applicant pools; provides a thorough and accurate overview of the department’s mission, priorities, culture and tradition; and maintains best practices to ensure regulatory and legal compliance. Works on TA strategic priorities and initiatives that support both TA and the unit/hiring manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • 4 years of relevant recruitment experience

DESIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience recruiting in a technology setting
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
