What we need?
We are seeking a TA Consultant to join our team of three in Cape Town. Our ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of technical sales recruitment gained through previous experience.
You should be passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and recruitment experience, adept at building and nurturing relationships. Experience in thriving within high-growth environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability, is essential.
What will you be doing?
- End to end recruitment experience
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through headhunting, socials and company career page (ATS)
- Partnering with hiring managers for updates on vacancies and guiding them through the recruitment process
- Management of stakeholders internal / external working on your vacancies within agreed timelines
- Management of candidate profiles, ensuring folders are up to date and in real time
- Collaborate with hiring managers on developing job descriptions and advertising positions
- Collaborating with Marketing on our employer branding
- Attend business social events as needed
REQUIREMENTS?
- Has 5+ years’ experience in recruitment of which 2/3 years should be in a specialist sales recruitment function
- Recruitment experience across Europe, Africa, USA will be beneficial
- SaaS recruitment experience is an advantage
- Adaptability and resilience

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
- Organised and meticulous attention to details
