Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. Your role, critical to the team’s success, will be to provide ongoing administrative and transactional support to recruitment team consultants, as well as to implement best practices and apply human resources policies.
This is a temporary position for a 12 months contract.
This position will require the successful candidate to attend in office 2 days a week for a hybrid work model.
What you’ll do here:
- Provide operational and administrative support to recruitment process within our Service Level Agreement
- Stay current on our policies, practices and guidelines for Talent Acquisition transactions
- Support team for the Talent Acquisition & administrative tasks
- Coordinate the background check process, including applying the escalation guidelines to internal and external hires and job changes
- Ensure that all processes conducted in Contact People are in line with identified workflows to ensure data integrity and best in class stakeholder experience
