Join our dynamic global team dedicated to enhancing the operational effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition (TA) efforts. We are committed to leveraging technology and innovative practices to streamline recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience.

THE ROLE WE ARE OFFERING YOU:

  • Utilize technology to automate manual processes and collaborate with the TA Center of Excellence (COE) to identify and recommend automation opportunities.
  • Provide guidance to Hiring Managers and interview teams on accessing and implementing information from toolkits, resolve inquiries, and manage job boards and requisitions.
  • Provide support to recruitment activities, events, and social media campaigns.
  • Review existing applicants in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and job boards in partnership with recruiters, assess basic qualifications, manage referrals, and conduct preliminary candidate screening and sourcing as needed.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate travel and reimbursements, manage global offer letters, and ensure pre-employment processing compliance.
  • Process hires in Workday, validate referral bonuses, liaise with Global Mobility for visas and relocations, and support recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure TA guidelines and data accuracy are embedded into local operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations, assign requisitions, review applicants, conduct preliminary screenings, and audit TA data and processes for compliance.
  • Work closely with other regional operation Specialists to see that the support is given across the globe as and when required.
