Description:
TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR (3 MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 3-month fixed-term contract to join our People Team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, agencies and hiring managers, and maintaining and improving our recruitment system and process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain insights into recruitment whilst working at an innovative fast-paced fintech.
SKILLS WE’D LOVE YOU TO HAVE:
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within talent acquisition, either in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment team.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse our Application Tracking Software.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
