This is an 8-month contract role that is hybrid based out of our Toronto, ON office

In this role, you will…
- Support multiple Talent Acquisition Advisors across North America by creating offer letters, processing background checks and shortlisting applications for certain roles.
- Participate in special projects relating to Talent Acquisition and its processes.
- Establish robust and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- 1+ years’ experience in an administration role, preferably within a HR / recruitment related environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize requests.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team oriented, experience building effective relationships in a cohesive business environment.
