POSITION SUMMARY:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate’s Degree required - Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Corporate environment in a support role
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive matter
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion
  • Able to process information quickly
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with our candidates and internal stakeholders and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Be proactive and take ownership to anticipate needs and communicate effectively to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint)
  • Exhibits a professional approach to work, including a sense of responsibility for assigned duties

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate scheduling interviews and support a highly positive candidate experience
  • Aid recruiters with headcount requests
  • Create offer letters and support the onboarding process, including managing background checks and relocation tickets
  • Ensure hiring team efficiencies by evaluating processes and providing suggested improvements
  • Assist University Recruiter with internship recruiting activities
  • Provide a high level of professionalism, personal integrity, accuracy, and dependability
  • Partner with other HR projects as needed
