Robert Half, one of FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract Talent) to join the Talent Management department.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Robert Half and support our internal hiring efforts. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting requests, collaborating directly with our talent acquisition team and hiring managers at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, excels at prioritizing multiple tasks, and consistently meets deadlines with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Talent Acquisition function in the coordination of recruiting activities including:
  • Reviewing new requisition information for completeness and accuracy
  • Drafting job descriptions and submitting ServiceNow requests as needed.
  • Scheduling and coordinating all virtual and in person interviews.
  • Providing confirmation to candidates, recruiters and interview teams.
  • Act as point of contact for all incoming recruiting requests.
  • Responsible for the input and data management of requisitions including audit requisition files for accuracy and required documentation.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Compensation and Talent Management teams.
  • Identifies, recommends and develops recruiting and system processes to create efficiencies.
  • Complies with all applicant tracking requirements and department processes and procedures.
  • Initiate background checks (backup).
  • Update status report with new positions or any updated requisition information and distribute to appropriate management (backup).
  • Initiates formal onboarding process by creating and sending new employees’ offer paperwork and welcome materials (backup).
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
