Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the Corporate office is responsible for delivery of services and programs to build a pipeline of high quality candidates, supporting the Gateway recruitment processes and strategies, maintaining recruitment technology and systems, reporting metrics and performance of job boards, and assisting in the delivery talent acquisition programs and training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers the Company’s centralized applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment systems. Creates and maintains job requisitions, job postings, user level access, and templates in ATS. Posts job postings in various external job boards, social media channels and monitors job posting budget, credits, and results.
- Responds to various inquiries from internal and external ATS users to contribute to excellence in their recruitment experience.
- Facilitates recruitment activities including interviews, reference checks, job offers and related documentation. In collaboration with the Corporate Human Resources team prepares interview questions and screening tools. Monitors activities and results.
- In conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Manager, serves as a point of contact for recruitment vendors, external agencies, employment services, local colleges and universities.
- Supports the planning, coordination and execution of various recruitment, onboarding and ATS training activities, including events for redevelopments, new property openings, offsite career fairs, information sessions, and local colleges and universities visits.
- Provides problem solving and on-going training to site Human Resources teams and hiring managers with regard to the ATS.
- Develops and disseminates all recruitment advertising for the company and coordinates with recruitment vendors and recruitment marketing channels.
- Partners with the Marketing department to build and maintain an engaging career landing page on the corporate website and job boards.
- Partners with the Marketing department to produce talent marketing creatives and signage to suit the needs of each site.
- Pushes the boundaries on sourcing and hiring tactics by constantly looking for new and creative ways to attract talent and build an on-going talent pipeline
- Makes recommendations and improvements to the external talent acquisition experience including career pages, recruitment processes and ATS optimization.
- Retains a thorough and updated knowledge of company policies, procedures and regulations that apply to the organization and sites.
- Ensures alignment to any regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Contributes to organizational development, HR operations, and total compensation programs and services
- Takes on additional responsibilities as required.
