POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruiting efforts across our 13 brands. Your primary responsibilities will include posting job openings, assisting with candidate sourcing, and performing various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition in home services/field based workforces required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in ATS environment (ADP Workforce Now is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting:
  • Create and post job openings on various job boards including Indeed ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Monster and industry specific niche job boards.
  • Ensure job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date across all platforms.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through online databases, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Support front line recruitment efforts that may include referral programs; open houses; partnerships with schools and veterans’ hiring organizations.
  • Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain organized records of applicants and recruitment activities in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires as needed.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Chief People Officer and others in the TA/HR department where needed.
  • Help maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
